Recital Tickets — Release Schedule & Policies

When tickets go on sale, who gets early access, and the rules of the road.

Ticket Policies

  1. Every seat contains a row and a seat number. All seats are reserved seating.
  2. No ticket needed to come in the door — but anyone occupying a seat (including a dancer) requires a ticket per the Fire Marshal. Lap children do not need a ticket if they stay on your lap and do not occupy a seat.
  3. As a security measure, the system will time out if information is not entered in a timely manner. If this happens, please close the ticket browser completely, refresh the page, and start over.
  4. For the best experience, we highly recommend you know which side of the stage your student will be performing on before purchasing tickets.
  5. Once tickets are purchased, an email confirmation will be sent with a link to your tickets. Tickets are 'Print at Home' — print prior to performances or have them ready to show on your phone.
  6. Ticket-system convenience fees are added per ticket. Sales tax is now required by the state and has been added per transaction.
  7. All sales final. No refunds.

Please note: sight lines on the left edge of section A and the right edge of section C may not be ideal depending on your student's onstage placement. Seats in section L & section K may not be ideal or have obstructed views.

How to Redeem Codes

Priority Code (early-access codes)

Click the link in the "Priority Codes" box that appears just below the "Selected Seats" box on the right. If this box doesn't appear, no Priority Codes are required for any of the currently active shows. Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly.

Coupon Code (discount or comp codes)

Select your seats and click "Buy Selected Seats." On the page where you enter your identifying and payment information, you'll see a box labeled "Coupon Code." Enter your code and tab to the next field. If accepted, you'll see a green check next to the code.
