Picture Package fee is conveniently drafted on March 1st via the regular draft schedule.

Picture Week

Late March or very early April, based on the photographer's schedule. Your dancer comes in costume.

Director picks the shot

The studio Director or Assistant Director personally picks the picture that best highlights each dancer. Editing follows.

Digital download link delivered, recital book printed with your ¼ page, class pictures included.

What's included in the Picture Package

One optional package, every keepsake — built so you don't have to remember to order each thing separately. Drafted March 1.

¼ Page Picture Space in the Recital Book.
No different than purchasing a lot space on which to put a house — this is the recital book "real estate" within which your student's individual dance picture appears. Includes the administrative processing work to correctly insert the picture into the recital book.

The Photo Session Event.
A full event — photographer, photographer's assistant, an Elite teacher (usually the owner) helping pose and capture the best picture, plus 4–6 additional people streamlining the process. One session in one costume per package.

Editing & Administrative Processing Finish Work.
Pictures are manually collected, labeled, and sorted. Based on years of experience, the studio Director or Assistant Director personally picks the picture that best highlights your dancer. The director's decision is final. The picked picture is then edited and delivered.

Your Digital Download Photo Package.
Each family receives 1 digital download link with their student(s) individualized dance picture. (If you took pictures in more than one costume across multiple sessions, the digital download is in the costume of your choice.)

BONUS: Your Student's Class Picture(s).
As an added complimentary bonus, Elite Dance also includes your student's class picture(s) with your download link.

Multiple costumes / extra sessions: Only one costume / look per session is allowed. Pictures in multiple costumes constitute multiple sessions. Pictures with additional people also constitute multiple sessions. Additional sessions may be purchased either by buying additional packages (session fee included) or via an additional $25 session fee. Anyone opting out of pictures but later deciding to participate may do so by buying a package or paying a session fee.
