- Basic technical information — like your browser type and general device information that any website receives automatically. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling, Facebook/Meta pixels, or session-recording tools on this site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your questions and requests;
- To provide information about classes, schedules, events, and the recital;
- To administer enrollment, tuition, and studio communications;
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and studio.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. Children's Privacy
Elite Dance is a dance studio for children and families, and we take children's privacy seriously. This website is intended for use by adults (parents and legal guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any information about a minor dancer is provided to us by a parent or guardian during enrollment or communication. If you believe a child has provided us information directly without your consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Photographs and video of dancers taken at the studio, recitals, and events are handled under the media/photo-release terms provided at enrollment. Please contact us with any questions or requests regarding a dancer's image.
