Ticket Policies

• Current Elite Dance Members: Recital Seat Vouchers may be redeemed by clicking the 'REDEEM BENEFITS' button on the Payment Info screen during the purchase process. For more information, please click the Ticket Purchase Help Guide below.
• If redeeming a ticket voucher, you must enter first and last name and email EXACTLY as it appears in your Customer Portal. Please log into your customer portal for accuracy or check your inbox for the Log In & Password email sent to you directly.
  
• As a security measure, the system will time out if information is entered incorrectly. Should this happen, please CLOSE the ticket browser completely, refresh the page, and start over.
• PLEASE NOTE: Sitelines on the front left edge of section A, the front right edge of section C, section L, & section K are not ideal.
• Anyone occupying a seat will need a ticket, as per the fire marshall. Lap children do not need a ticket for entry.
• Every seat contains a row and seat number. All tickets are considered 'reserved seating.'
• All Sales Final - No refunds or exchanges.
• Once tickets are purchased, an email confirmation will be sent to you with a link to your tickets.
• Tickets are 'Print At Home'. Please print out your tickets prior to the performances.
• Ticket Convenience Fee: Vendini Tickets assesses a $1.50 per ticket convenience fee.
